Hi,
My name is Frank Agbemaple, currently serving as the founder of A Life Center (ALC).
I was born and grew up in Togo, West Africa, and I started this nonprofit to give back to the underprivileged children of Togo, empowering the youth and advocating for a better quality of life.
I know exactly what it was like growing up in Togo. My family and I grew up in a refugee camp for 7 years and saw poverty up close. My parents immigrated to the United States in an effort to provide us with better opportunities.
I am dedicated to transforming the lives of young children by providing them with the basic functions of life, creating positive change, and fostering sustainable development.
ALC is built on three pillars, which provide necessities such as food, clothing, and shelter. Equip life skills, and finally, biblical studies. We aim to build a school that would improve the literacy rate for these young individuals and facilitate an environment that would encourage a positive outlook on life. I currently collaborate closely with my team to create fundraising events, manage donor relations, and create community partnerships.
I am deeply moved by the mission of ALC to transform the human spirit with love and grace, one life at a time, through the power of adoption, and am also committed to our vision! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching sports, and volunteering at our church.
Matthew 25:40
And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily, I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these, my brethren, you have done it unto me.
